(hereafter referred to as “DAFF”) provides the users of the DAFF website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, accessible at https://www.gotagin.com/) with the following information, in compliance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (or General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “G.D.P.R”) and subsequent national adaptation legislation (hereinafter referred to, in conjunction with the G.D.P.R., as “Applicable Privacy Regulation”).
